Welcome to our Resource Area designed for members of other boards who require access to some of our resource material and information.   Thanks for considering Paul Bunyan Board of REALTORS® and its MLS.

DATA SHARE ACCESS AGREEMENTS
If you are eligible for guest access to our board's MLS database through the Michigan Reciprocal Alliance (MRA) or any other data share access agreements we currently have in place (Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS®, Commercial Alliance of REALTORS® West Michigan, Southwest Michigan Regional Information Center, and Jackson Association of REALTORS®) your association office will have available the generic log in and monthly password for you based on your eligibility. We have provided you with a color-coded map indicating participating member associations posted on our Data Share Access Map/links tab. The map below maps the entire datashare areas we have agreements with for our members.

GUEST LISTING SERVICE
We provide three choices for Guest Listing Service for you to meet your needs:

1) Individual Listing ala carte service for Guest Listing Service

2) Individual Guest Listing Membership Service for eligible individual agents for expanded savings and fast track of service

3) Guest Listing Firm Membership Service for eligible brokers and agents for expanded savings and fast track of service.

Guest Listing Service information can be found in the link on the menu to the left.  Our Guest Listing Service Policies, types of service and the Service Agreements can be found on this link.  We require a completed Guest Listing Service Agreement along with your listing information and a primary photo to be submitted on the correct forms in order to enter a Guest Listing in our database.   If you qualify for this service as a REALTOR® member of another REALTOR® association and would like to place a listing in our database for expanded exposure, please use the Guest Listing Link provided for more information.
