RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT ACCESS
If you are eligible for Reciprocal Alliance guest access to our board's
MLS databases - Wexford/Missaukee MLS and Ros Co MLS - through the
Michigan Reciprocal Alliance (MRA), you will find access information and
details along with a color-coded map indicating jurisdictions. We
require a completed Paul Bunyan Board of REALTORS® MRA Application (see
the link in the menu to the left) to be submitted to our board office in
order to approve and authorize requests for access.
GUEST LISTING SERVICE
Guest Listing Service information can be found in the link on the menu
to the left. Our Guest Listing Service Policy and the Service Agreement
can be found on this link. We require a completed Guest Listing
Service Agreement along with your listing information submitted on the
correct forms in order to enter a Guest Listing in our database. If you qualify
for this service as a REALTOR® member of another REALTOR® association
and would
like to place a listing in our database for expanded exposure, please
read the Guest Listing Service policy for specific instructions.
